What are the deposit methods accepted?
There are several deposit methods available to customers including, Credit/Debit card deposits, Moneybookers, Neteller, Bank Transfer, Click2Pay, Click and Buy and Ukash.
How do I get the extra 2,000 chips?
Either qualify online, rather than buy in online, or ensure you rake at least £5.00 between 00:00:00 20/10/10 and 23:59:59 19/11/10 (uk time). You can see your progress daily on our Genting Poker Players Championship – race to 2k page.
What if I only register for the Genting Poker Players Championship at the last minute? Will I get the extra 2,000 chips?
Provided you have raked £5.00 during the promotional period, it doesn’t matter whether you buy in to the Players Championship before, during or after the promotional period, you will still get the extra 2,000 chips.
Can I buy in on the day or with cash at Circus Casino, Star City or other Genting Casinos in the UK?
No. The only way to play is to buy in is here at Genting Poker. Registration closes at 23:59:59 on Friday 19th November 2010.
Make sure you register early as the event is capped at 400 entrants with no alternates.
Are seats transferable?
Sorry, we can’t accept a transfer of seats, only the account holder will be allowed to play in the Genting Poker Players Championship.
Should I bring ID?
Yes please, so that we can identify you in the event of player identity issues. Ideal forms of ID include Passport, Driving Licence, Govt ID
Where will I be sitting?
We will do the seating draw before the event starts. Our aim is to complete the seating draw by 12noon on Saturday 20th November 2010, then we will post the draw up on the forums and on GentingPoker.com. Be aware that in the event of two related players (husband and wife, brother and sister etc) being seated together in the seat draw, we will manually move them before play commences.
Is the tournament wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the whole of Circus Casino Star City is wheel chair accessible.
What is the prize pool?
If the tournament sells out, the total prize pool will be £70,000, comprised of £60,000 of player entries, plus £10,000 added prize pool.
How will the prize money be paid out?
All prize money will be paid back into the winners’ online poker account, any exchange rate calculations required (for players who buy in with USD or EUR accounts) will be calculated as per www.xe.com published rates at 09:00 Monday 22nd November 2010 (uk time).
All prize money will be paid into winners’ online poker accounts by no later than 17:00 Monday 22nd November 2010.
