Depositing money
Deposits into your poker account are instant. Genting Poker does not charge for deposits made using one of the above credit cards.
The cardholder’s name must be the same as the registered account name. All credit cards must be registered with the poker account before they can be used to deposit funds.
For your security we will ask you to enter your personal details when you register your card with the Cashier. Again in the interests of security we will seek to verify the identity of all credit and debit cards used in connection with Genting Poker accounts.
The minimum deposit is £10 (€10 or US$20).
Withdrawing funds
You can cash out at any time at Genting Poker, subject to availability of funds.
Withdrawals can be made in GB Pounds, Euros and US dollars via Visa credit cards. All withdrawals are subject to standard banking clearance procedures. Subject to the card issuer’s terms and conditions, all withdrawals will be credited to the Debit card account used to make the original deposit into the poker account. If you deposited your funds via a MasterCard or Diners credit card you’ll need to use an alternative method to withdraw your funds.
When we get a withdrawal request we will transfer the requested funds at the end of the following business day. Funds can take three to four working days to be transferred for UK customers and five to seven business days for customers around the rest of the world.
Genting Poker does not charge customers for withdrawing funds from their poker accounts.
