There is a limited bank draft/express service for customers who require it.

Depositing money

You cannot currently deposit money into your Genting Poker account by bank draft/express.

Withdrawing funds

You can withdraw funds from your Genting Poker account via bank draft/express, subject to certain conditions.

Bank draft withdrawals are free via standard UK post. Express withdrawals are charged at £25 (€35) via courier.

Standard bank draft withdrawals take 5-7 business days. Express withdrawals take 2-3 business days.

The minimum withdrawal amount for bank draft/express withdrawals is £100 (€100).
